Interesting for sure.

I don't live anywhere near a beach. In fact, I'm at least 12 hours from the closest ocean water. *sigh*.

Always nice to look at the ocean through other's eyes.

If I tried REALLY hard, I could just abut throw a stone from the first beach to my front door.

The second one is Brighton - it's about half an hour away. If you ever saw the film "Oh what a lovely war" it was shot on the pier that I've photographed (before it was burned down, naturally).

It's a Victorian pier that was destroyed in a recent fire. All that's left is the cast iron framework.
