An abandoned block of flats.
Looking through a dirty window of another block of flats. Bridge End Pizzas & Kebabs, roughly 4am on Sunday A place called Burnhope. Rock pools at Seaton Sluice. A big rock, also at Seaton Sluice. A cone-shaped 'thing' in the woods. Roughly 20ft high. A dark sky over Chopwell. Approach to the Castle of Caernabog.... Nah, not really. Derwent Reservoir. More fields. People taking photos of the bride and groom in St. James' Park, Newcastle. Insulting Tape, only 50p a roll! (or large insulting for £1, look closely) The Side, Newcastle. I want that house! The Ring of Venus (the orangey bit on the horizon). An empty St. James' Park Football Stadium. The temptation to yodel was too great. Little fluffy clouds. Here's a google map showing you almost exactly where it is.
The woods are directly North West of the marker and as far North as Beamish. I doubt you'll find anything but I wish you all the best in trying. I'll see if I can dig anything up myself. |

ok I found it lol....damn its not anything "mysterious"
http://www.greatnorthforest.co.uk/do...s/TYNEWEAR.PDF this page (its a pdf I cant past it) says Edenhill Plantation. At the centre of this private woodland the Trail passes a crafted stone “cone”, one of a series of specially commissioned artworks in the Great North Forest.

These are all great. I would love to see more. The Insulting Tape is the joke of the day! Good find!

K, I hope I'm not the only one who reads "An abandoned FLOCK of BATS" at first glance...
The scenery pics are awsome. Now um...can I get a bird's eye view of the cone?

The large brick layered cone that you found is weird. It looks like some sort of chimney, does it have an opening somewhere? Cause I'm intrigued
One of my favs is the little cottage though
