Damnit! Did I miss it again? I live 35 minutes from Pikes Peak.

Boo. NICE pictures tho, I like the WRX .. and the semi.

Yeah, I hiked up to Devil's Playground (got tired of paying $35/person to get on the mountain for the Hill Climb).

My favorite are the sidecars, but only one sidecar ran this year

(from Sweden) I'll have their picture up later tonight.

That is one of those races that I've always wanted to go to, and each year I end up forgetting about it and going to Colorado National Speedway instead. I thought the race was this weekend. Maybe next year. Looks like a good time.

I know exactly where you were sitting, good spot! If I had a decent camera with a decent lens I would have been right next to you.

In the panorama shot, you can see me sitting just to the right of the lifted red Ford F150 in the red poncho. We were drinking whiskey and tequila sunrise with our neighbors there.

Great shots skibum! My friend Moody drives the Audi A4, would you mind if I sent him the shots you took of his car?

Small world ain't it? lol. Feel free to send them to your friend. I actually have a few more of him through the turn as well, but am outta host space. Had to pick and choose what I wanted to post up because the host I use limits how much one can upload.

The Overall Winner of the Race Brian Moody, Winner of the Open Rally Class 12mins 24secs Jimmy Keeney, poor kid had a hole blown through his oil pan He had the best Qualifying times and had he finished and won he would have possibly been the youngest winner of the Hill Climb.
