About 20 minutes after downloading the free software Picasa2 I was able to complete this collage of my macro photographs. It is an excellent program. I still need to learn how to control more aspects of the collage but I thought this was a good start.

Thanks, Norske. I had never heard of this program. I just had enough time to d/l it and fire it up and let it search for all of my photos on my hard drive. It's an incredibly quick viewer (must faster than my PhotoShop or Paint Shop Pro. I'm looking forward to experimenting more with it later on this evening.

It is addictive for sure. Here is another creation from the program. This took two minutes.

Those are absolutely wonderful shots!! I only wish I could get those kinds of my mom's garden, but I have to wait until it's all in bloom

wow, amazing. I love the first one, I think the color arrangement looks the best, with no two flowers of the same color right next to each other (plus I can see it all at once on the screen).
