did a search, but didn't see an existing thread... if there is one, please mods, merge this.
anyway, i have a couple of new ones. <b>post yours, too, as they happen!</b> <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/1003/m0us33/may2k5/zinnia.jpg"> <img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/1003/m0us33/may2k5/orange.jpg"> yes, obviously desaturated the arm with photoshop. i think it looks better this way. :) |
The first one is very pleasing!
The arm makes me think of Casper. =D Cheers! |
Yea that arm like that seems a little wierd to me...maybe try desaturating everything except the arm and the orange? I think that would send a message across better at least.
I have to head off to school, I'll post mine when I get back. |
Good stuff bernie. Thinking as I'm having my morning OJ, how nice it would be to grab some fresh from the garden.
Here are a couple crocus' that have since left: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/08...o0331acopy.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/08...o0251acopy.jpg Oh look, my buddy fly stopped over for a visit....... :D http://img.photobucket.com/albums/08...o0221acopy.jpg |
yeah PJ, it would be quite nice to grab fresh oranges from your own yard... alas that tree is in a neighbor's yard. i'd hafta walk half way down the lane... so yeah, we keep tropicana in the fridge. ;)
lovely crocus! you caught a bastard fly in that last snap. shpoop, i know it looks a bit weird & that is exactly what i like about it. but then, hey! i am weird. hehe :p |

I've been experimenting with my Digital Rebel, 50mm f1.8 lens and some close up attachment lenses. These are a few flowers I like.
