Sunset in Texas - Or is it a Satellite Photo?
I shot this on my way home from work one day in december
all comments and constructive advice etc is welcomed! Canon 10D :: Canon EF 17-40mm f4L :: 1/90 s :: F 16 :: 17mm :: ISO 200 :: No Flash Fired http://www.lifeatf8.com/images/2005-02-21.jpg i believe i used an ND filter for this shot... although im not 100% sure. |
Nice picture. If the horizon was a little smoother it kinda does look like it could be a shot from outside the planet's atmosphere.
Nice picture. Maybe crop it square. God bless Texas
Nice shot, Abel. Love the camera tilt. Adds a whole new dimension.
yea man, tilt that head and it really does look like a shot from outer space. freaking gorgeous
Very, very nice. I don't suppose you have a larger version, do you?
That is a VERY impressive pic. Thank you for posting.
interesting tilt... seems to work well.
love the vivid colors & contrast. |
i really like this picture. it can be viewed from so many different perspectives.
Lovely photo and this pretty much debunks the myth that the horizon must be perfectly straight for a photo to be good. I would like to see a larger photo, plus I wouldn't mind seeing the original photo without the tilt for a comparison.

that's an amazing pictures.
To help the others on the page, I think I found out the answer to this picture. Let me illustrate it. http://www.trentchau.com/answer.jpg |
