That was in DC? Where? Obivously it is a temporary exhibit of some sort (at least I think), but what is it representing or protesting? Maybe its a bunch of Michael Moore fans - and their heads are up their asses!

ROTFLMAO! Man, you're quick! I was on my way to see the Constitution and this was in the park just outside. Didn't read anything on it, was passing through rather quickly.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the beheadings in Iraq? maybe some kind of tribute or protest, perhaps?
