That was in DC? Where? Obivously it is a temporary exhibit of some sort (at least I think), but what is it representing or protesting? Maybe its a bunch of Michael Moore fans - and their heads are up their asses! :lol:

ROTFLMAO! Man, you're quick! I was on my way to see the Constitution and this was in the park just outside. Didn't read anything on it, was passing through rather quickly.

Hmm. That was outside the Archives building? Interesting. I am curious as to its meaning though. If I find anything out about it, I will post a follow up.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the beheadings in Iraq? maybe some kind of tribute or protest, perhaps?
