TY! The other spans that can be seen are the Manhattan and Williamsburgh (WillyB) Bridges.

Wow. Absolutely amazing pics.

By the looks of it, I guess you were on the south side of the bridge in Manhattan looking north, correct? It looks like Brooklyn Heights area across the water in the first one. The nights shots look fantastic. The second one down is in really good focus for a night shot. What type of settings were you using? And was a tripod involved?

Your bearings are dead on! I was in the South Street Seaport, and did not use a tripod. I used a 5MP camera, with the night settings that increase the "aperature" and lengthen the "exposure." I did seriously brace the camera when I took the shots and DID NOT MOVE untill it finished. A tripod and remote would probably not have worked because the camera migh have vibrated through the tripod.

And thanks also! I had no idea I had gotten such an awsome "negative" type of picture untill I looked at it after and said "HOLY CRAP!" (By negative, I mean a black picture where the lights and colors seem added in as opposed to a positive one that is light already, where the colors are added in.)
