That's a thing of beauty, I was able to keep a straight face until I got to "Hot Godam Chips" and then I lost it actually imagining someone leaning out the window shouting "COME GITCHER HAMBOOGER, LICE TEA BAM SAMMICH AND HOT GODAMN CHIPS!"

a little self surgery.

a little (ok, or big) drill thingy through the chest. ouch!

you can't really see this one, but...

a little boy with a sword sticking out of his forehead.
i appreciate the intensity with which the nurse attends to her work without looking up and saying, 'what the fuck...'
I hope one day I will be a nurse with such diligence. even though I will be thinking it.
