I think just having a general chat in here will help draw people in, so I'll just toss out some stuff about me to get the ball rolling. [b]no post for this thread is too big or too small. If you got a new roll of film, have a question for the "experts," or just want to chat photography, then you can drop your pants and moon the Fred Miranda forums because this is Tilted Photography and we're about the fun, the art, and everything in between

I've always been somewhat of a photographer whether I liked it or not. I wanted to get my own camera and not just some old thing when I was in elementary school, my parents obliged. By the time I was at the end of middle school, my dad had me using that old thing I rejected in fourth grade and I took a bunch of pictures on class trips with Kodak 400 film and an old Canon SLR. In college, I jumped from cheap camera to cheap camera until I got an idea of how exposure worked with depth of field and freezing/dragging with shutter speed and got a superzoom bridge camera. I started with a Panasonic Lumix FZ7 and am now shooting on a Canon 30D with the nifty fifty as my walkaround lens. I'm hoping to pick up the Canon 10-22 EF-S, a Sigma 30mm f/1.4, and a 70-200 F/4L in the coming year.
