![]() I started in my mother's garden out front of the house. Maybe genuinegirly and some of the other botany buffs can help me out with what these are.
![]() ![]() i'm good with the milkweed. ![]() where our ancient kitties are buried ![]() i loved these little matching weeds ![]() and we walked around the neighborhood awhile. ![]() found Dr. Seuss' cactus-palm... ![]() and a flame vine... which I love. ![]() ![]() the street where I grew up. yes, they're really that tall... all of them. ![]() pretty something... only a little hospice-appropriate. ![]() a neighbor's mushroom collection in her garden ![]() ![]() and back home again. ![]() ![]() there are a ton more, but these are my favorites. i hate how they lose something when uploaded to photobucket. and it was a lot colder than it looked. but a gorgeous day in sarasota.

I missed noodle's walking story with pictures. nice!
I especially like the one with the white pot. shadow in the background works well. and I love those kinds of spindly palm trees... ---------- Post added at 09:16 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:14 PM ---------- and the first one is a succulent...a lot of succulents don't have common names...they're just called succulents, but I think these succulents would qualify as a rosette variety...I'm no authority, though
