My last weekend's walk
 
I started in my mother's garden out front of the house. Maybe genuinegirly and some of the other botany buffs can help me out with what these are. :)

i hate how they lose something when uploaded to photobucket.
and it was a lot colder than it looked. but a gorgeous day in sarasota.

How very colorful. Those are such unusual mushrooms. They almost look plastic.

I missed noodle's walking story with pictures. nice!
I especially like the one with the white pot. shadow in the background works well.
and I love those kinds of spindly palm trees...

and the first one is a succulent...a lot of succulents don't have common names...they're just called succulents, but I think these succulents would qualify as a rosette variety...I'm no authority, though
