Since last Saturday was such a beautiful day (a rare thing here in September) I drove my rental car out to Middle Cove, about 10 minutes outside of St. John's. Middle Cove is a popular spot for the people who live in the area, nice beaches are not common out here.

Last pic, ya see the guy in the white outfit and hat on the ocean's mound of rock?

Spectacular crash and distance shot of the occurrence. Did you see how he got up there, or subsequently down?

That first shot is an interesting contrast. Particularly - to me it looks like a neat semicircular bite has been taken out of the land.
