Post Your WTF's
We all have'em stashed somewhere...those shots we just had to take for their humor or their WTF.

I'm still not quite sure how the middle photo even occurred. It's one of those "WTF possessed my camera at that moment?!" shots. Obviously, the building is not curved.

I'm wondering....what if Jessie Square doesn't want to be parked...and why should I pay $225 a month to park her? Can't she park herself?
Yea, that roundness is.....odd. Cool, but odd. Love the poster! Uh, unless that really was a nun you shot there....

Note: this is 3/4 of the way up the Matterhorn, where difficult hiking ends and technical climbing begin. It's also solid rock with frequent 100mph wind gusts:

Paddyjoe, the cow abduction sign reminds me of the Pegacorn road sign in Simsbury, CT (Route 44). I don't have a picture, but it's a deer crossing sign, and somebody added wings and a single horn to the deer.

The buildings warped with my digital camera. It's some building near the fountain in Yerba Buena Gardens (which has one of the only free public restrooms in downtown San Fran so I went there a lot). I had another one but I can't find it yet. The car looks all humped up like a whale. That ad kills me. It's for the arts center nearby the Gardens. All I could think of was some nun completely worn out and flustered by her bad kids at the end of the day, just enjoying the quiet. I like the devil shoveling snow and the feeling that other people enjoy finding the bizarre and capturing it, too.

I have no idea what that rock was for. It was in the middle of nowhere. There were 3 cows and no people in this little ghost town. It was a WT? lol

I think I posted this picture before...a loooong time ago. I drive by this sign every day on the way to work.
And this is a bad picture of the weirdest looking cat I have ever seen. I mean the picture is bad, but the cat's face truly does look like it has been smashed with a frying pan with big, bulging eyes. No exaggerating! About a year and a half ago he just showed up on our doorstep one Saturday morning and stayed with us until someone came looking for him on Sunday evening. What's even more weird is that every picture I took of this cat came out similar to this one. To this day we refer to those couple of days as Weird Cat Weekend....

These were taken this spring in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
This is a marker along the side of the road near Houghton, Michigan. This is the sign that explains it. WTF indeed.

"The Hand" tree in my back yard. I think I did correct the lighting, and sharpened the close up photo, but that's it. You can even see this tree from the street. If you're ever in Oregon (Portland area) and feel like doing a drive by for the hell of it, I can give you directions. It doesn't look like this in the winter; it is stick bare then.
A close up.

I guess this wasn't really a "wtf"it was more of a "holyf--k" when I saw it. A lot of you probably see trees this big all the time, but we don't here where I live. They detoured us through a neighborhood because of an accident on the main street, and this tree was down one of the streets. I have never in my life seen a tree this big, other than up north, but that's where they are supposed to be, not in a residential area..lol. It took up two lots. Look how it shrinks the house...I was in awe.

The pegacorn is gone. We drove by where it was recently, and it was no longer there.
But here's two signs I like. "Hey, let's go down to that big rock and paint our names on it!" I choose to believe that this was a clever meta-graffiti moment, and not an act of complete stupidity. Also, I just took this one yesterday, it really tickled my fancy.
