World Pinhole Day
http://www.pinholeday.org/
Well, today's the day! I'll go out shooting later on after my hangover subsides, but here's what I have hanging in a local pinhole exhibit that opened earlier this evening: y'know, just go have fun with it......... |

I love pinhole cameras... that's a great shot joe. Love the vanishing point and the spooky sky.
(just glad that pinhole meant cameras and not a gloryhole for the unendowed)

Cool, I actually did this about six months back, but I had no idea it had a whole holiday devoted to it.
what I would like to inquire about your amazingly-beautiful stormy shot is: why/how is it in color? Are the colors photogenically transposed onto the picture film that your were using? The reason why i ask is because when i had done so, all my photographs had come out in greyscale, so i was wondering if color was at all possible. I wonder if you are gonna share the pics you took earlier today with us all in the days to come? "Paddyjoes's Pinhole-Jamboree"

Really though, plain old Tri-x here. I just added a bit o' sepia in photoshop for that groovy antique look. Quote:

I was gonna do pinhole but I was exhausted from the Scottish Games the night before and ended up sleeping most of the day instead of taking my pinhole to the asparagus festival...

This is great. I've been meaning to make a pinhole camera. I had one in 9th grade made out of a shoebox; I was the only one whose picture turned out. Most came out underexposed.
I'd love to hear some pinhole tips from the users around here.
