We've all seen em. Those folks that go the extra mile to display the ragged edges of their psyches. Tropicdiver and I found the bold fellow, or whatever, below on the way back from the Texas Hill Country when we drove thru Austin and decided to have brunch on the infamous Sixth Street in the downtown area. After brunch, as we were driving thru probably one of the most famous intersections of Austin (Sixth and Congress), we happened to see the following individual around 2:00 PM in the afternoon. Tropicdiver handed me his camera and I got the following shot as Tropic careened around the corner in traffic.

We would like to see those Freakazoids that you may come across. But, only self made Freakazoids. No poor folks fallen on hard times, no crippled folks, no folks with birth defects or anything. What ever you shoot needs to be done in the spirit of fun.
