New and Exciting!!!
Fresh outta the box.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/08...dyjoe/d200.jpg Needless to say, I'm very pumped. Although my poor Holga doesn't look quite as happy about the new kid on the block.... |
Very Nice camera paddy!!! :D You always do such justice to your subjects ...
|
awesome camera Paddy, great camera from Nikon and clearly beats the 20D (the real camera it's suppose to compete against)
|
Yeah, nice camera. I looked at the owner's manual and the camera has lots of nice features. Enjoy

Elph sighs with envy
It's a beauty, Paddy. |
Costo had a nice deal on a D50 bundle today.....I wanted to buy it soooo bad, I want a DSLR in the worst way.
|
Oh, the fun you'll have, paddyjoe. Just keep telling your Holga that you love it just as much as you love your new Nikon. It's just a different kind of love.
|
can't wait for some of your work with that beauty.............
good to see ya' joe........ |
PJ, from what I've read it's da' bomb and 5fps is a good thing, too. There's some cameras out there that are a lot more expensive that don't have that feature. Looking forward to seeing some photos from you. Glad to see you back in circulation.
|
if thats the new and old....what took the picture??? xoxoxoo
|
It's taken with a d100 at 35mm (or 52 on the d100) at f3.3
/big brother. Paddy what wides do you use as a nikon user? |

Now please none of you purists yell, but when I'm shooting a wedding, 85% of the time I'm using a Tamron 24-135. Suprisingly sharp, and perfect angles of view throughout. Well, at least with film, the 24mm actually turns into a 36mm on the digi. Quote:

Lol Paddy, any photograph is 80% the photographer. From what I've seen you posted, you've already cemented that belief. I'm looking forward to what you shoot! Is the d100 grip the same for the d200? |
