question about possible pregnancy

If one has had her period and then about two weeks later starts to feel morning-sickness like symptoms, is there the possibility of pregnancy?

Any information would be most appriciated.
Thanks

Some women show signs really early. Or it could just be bad eggs :)

Seriously, it could happen. I've seen accounts of women starting to show symptoms the day after she has conceived. Best bet is to get a pregnancy test done.

Morning sickness doesn't usually show up until 6-8 weeks after a woman's last period. I didn't get mine until 10 weeks. :)

Best to just get a test done.

My mother in law continued to get her period even when she was pregnant with her first child, for a couple of months.

The only way to know is to test. My wife got her first morning sickness symptoms around 8-10 weeks.

My morning sickness symptoms began within about a month but they were not severe at all. I never actually threw up - just felt constantly nauseated. A bigger indicator for me was that early on my breast began to grow and got tender and itched as bad a poison ivy at times. It was then I KNEW.

Only sure way is a test - at least this early on. Or have her see her Dr. Eary prenatal treatment is excellent.

My morning sickness started at 4 weeks and hasn't let up yet. 13 weeks now.

Shoot, just spend the $20 and get a test done. No sense wandering around wondering for months.

Look up a women's clinic in your area, most go by your income for everything from birth control to pap smears. The one near me will do a free walk in pregnancy test all they ask is your name. I have no insurance and they helped me get all the paperwork I needed to have my pregnancy covered by the state. (I only used this to cover my pregnancy because SO and I weren't married, still aren't actually...long story. It was very helpful and let me be able to have my daughter born happy healthy and with a much less stessed out mama!)
