If we are to go by the premise that God is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent then it's useless to attempt to go beyond that and try to comprehend God simply because our finite human minds just cannot comprehend the infinite.
As for the argument that God does not exist because there is evil in this world, it doesn't stand because the God described in Christianity respects our free will and won't interfere in our decisions. Another point I'd like to raise is the following. If one could be omniscient but not omnipotent, then that individual would go crazy because they'd be powerless to act upon their knowledge. And if one were to be omnipotent and not omniscient, it would be as bad as giving a hyperactive rotten kid access to an arsenal of nuclear weapons. Thus, it's no wonder Chrisnianity never refers to God as omniscient or omnipotent exclusive of the other quality.... Both are necessary (as well as omnipresence) for God to be God.
