Meditation
Are there any meditators out there? Just wondering what type you do, and any experiences you have had. Personally I have just started and am trying to find out what works best for me. Luckly there is a Zen center not too far from my house, and I have read that a teacher is crucial.

I meditate when I have the discipline to do it. Try counting your breath each time you breathe out. One to ten then back to one again. As you do it, try to be aware of all your sensations, but not attached to any one of them. Sit down, stand up, lie down, go for a walk in the woods or whatever while you're doing it. Up to you.
