I would choose the Amnesia cause knowing when ur gona die would just suck.

amnesia, provided that i can still have a sense of self (i.e. I go on being me, but have no recollection of anything personal).

Amnesia. It the eperiences that you have, not the memories of those experinces, that make you who you are. I can always make more memories. I can't revive myself after I die.
