Haunted NES?

Look at how much this "haunted" NES went for on ebay.

Link

Man, haunted or not, that is a lot to pay for a regular NES.

I think I may have a "haunted" Sega Genesis I can put up.

I especially enjoyed the Q&A at the bottom of the link where somebody asks if he thinks the unit is EVIL.

I'm getting creeped out just imagining the sounds the owner is claiming it makes.

Why is it I see a cheesy horror spoof made off of this? People rent the hunted NES video games and have seven days to find out the truth or die?

It sold for $225.53! I think we all can do some searching in our attics and think of outrageous stories to go with the items to sell...

Damn! Why didn't I think of that first?

A quick glance on ebay shows that many others have caught on to the same trick. There are many 'haunted' items for sale, including:

Haunted earings
Haunted Baseball bat
Haunted Box
Lots of Haunted Dolls
Haunted Jewelery Box
Haunted Rosary Beads which were a gift from John Paul...way to doubly cash in!
Haunted Ghost Stories Book (well...stands to reason I suppose - if you're going to haunt a book, seems the logical choice)
Haunted China Plates
Haunted Coffee Maker
Haunted Black Choker complete with photos showing an "Energy Glow"
and to top if all off....
A haunted Pee Wee Herman doll!

EDIT:

And I've just come accross an Artificial Palm Tree which is haunted by Elvis!!

LOL, I find this picture strangely appropriate . Notice the crotchal area.
