But does this happpen to any of you?

Occasionally (2-3 times a week) I "know" what someone, either closest buddy or someone on TV I've never seen before, is going to say before they say it. Like I'll know that Jon Stewart (Daily show) will say "I congratulate you on your box office hit" exactly word for word. By know, I mean the thought of what the person will say just pops up in my head. No warnings, I cant really do it on command, it just happens.

Any ideas?

hmm ive had that happen every now and then too. sometimes word for word. but sometimes not. sometimes what happens is someone will come up to me and randomly, just out of the blue, i'll know what they're coming to talk to me about before they say anything.

or i'll just know what someone is thinking while we're talking but they refuse to say... like once, a few friends and i were talking about ex-boyfriends. and i just looked at one of my friends and blurted out what she had been thinking about her ex. it startled her heh heh.

I occasionally accuse people in the room of literally thinking too loudly. They give me funny looks until I tell them what they were thinking. Nothing on call, just an occasional phrase or word that I hear. A couple of times, I've thought out what I'm going to say and someone responds to it before I say it.

This is sort of along the same lines. The TV will be on, and i'll be typing something (or just thinking about something) and not paying 100% attention to the TV, and all of a sudden on TV they say the exact same word or phrase that I'm typing or thinking. And its always really strange, uncommon words that are said simultaneously. This happens quite often.

Had a weird experience when I was a kid.

I traveled to visit my best friend (who had moved away) - and the moment I entered their house it felt so familiar. I had never been there before nor talked about it - but I knew where every room was, and even how some of them looked.

Didn't know anything about the house before the trip.

It used to be that when the phone rang, I could tell who it was for and who was calling. Not all the time but a lot of the time. If I didn't know the person then sometimes I could tell if it was a man or a woman. This was when I was a teenager - then I got my first job, answering the telephone at a busy family planning clinic...all that went out the window mighty quick.

I can sometimes tell when the phone is about to ring.

I'll be sitting there then suddenly I'll get this weird feeling or have an image in my head that the phones is about to ring. Then usually within a minute, it rings. Most times it's within 20 seconds.

Not every time the phone rings do I get it, only sometimes.
