ticlking at the foot
 

When i was 5 i used to feel someone at the edge of my bed ticlking my feet . Then i wake up in a cold sweat . It bothered me for some time . now everytime after midnight a guy is on the tire swing outside my apartments ! its kinda erire but id dint do anything. and wehn i was 10 i used to be a power ranger fanatic and i had a strange dream that toys would try to kill me and everytime i would either have a whlebunch of stuffed animals or alot of oys arond my head ! i know this sint my brothers doin cuase he would never and it isnt my moms ! and somtimes i would have a dream that i would wake up and move to go to slepep somerwere esle ! and i always end up in the trunk of a car ! Starnge u tell me ! i was talking with my sweets and she said she felt cold ! i loooked at my thermometer it was like 30 below it was summer in florida dont think it would be 30 below !

To be totally honest I'm struggling with reading it. If you wouldn't mind rewriting it but checking your spelling and grammar to make it slightly more understandable then I would be really interested in reading it!

Do you sleep on your back, face up?

Try sleeping on your side or on your stomach for a while and see if the dreams stop, or stop being so vivid.

Failing that, set some time aside before you go to bed for some total relaxation. Even if it means going to bed a little later than usual, a good sleep is always better than one interupted by nightmares.
