I'm trying to think of how to explain this. it was weird. I saw this shadow by the road about to cross, like a dog. but it was like it wasn't there, it was like just a shadow, when my light shine on the road where he should be crossing he wasn't there. but out of the corner of my eye I saw movement, when I turn my head, I just saw the back legs of the shadow dog, I look to see if there was any cars coming, there wasn;t so I turn my car to shine where he crossed at, nothing was there, and there was no way it could of move on of line of sight, where it cross there was a parking lot down below. I would of saw something. kinda freak me out.

Maybe it was like a ground hog or a wood chuck. And it went into the ground and hid.

Led Zeppelin wrote the song Black Dog" and mentioned "Eyes that shine burning red." And Germans called US Marines "Teufelhunde" (Devil Dogs) for their courage in battle.
