Hell yeah! I would have difinitive answers regarding Area 51, Roswell, Kennedy's assasination, the Bilderberger group, the Majestic 12, if there really is a base on the moon, was the moon landing a hoax, the Illuminati, the masons, skull & bones, are we in contact with estraterestrial life, and everything about politics and what really goes on behind close doors ( and no, thats not a reference to Clinton).

Knowledge is power. That being said, anyone who claims to know any sort of truth about the "strange and unusual" is usually written off as a wacko. I'd sure want to know, but I wouldn't do anything publicly with the information unless it involved something on the order of survival of the entire species.

I want to discover things and hold dogmatically to my world views thank you very much. Are there really ghosts? Maybe. Isn't that better than an absolute yes or no?

Yes, I would take the knowledge. Although I like to be scared, I think it would be really informative to know about all those topics. I have always wondered about it, and I really would do anything to know if there is life out there beyond our atmosphere.

All of life's mysteries? Yes, I would definitely accept. By knowing the answers to questions I did not know existed in the first place, I would be able to take paths through life that I was not aware of either.

In answer to the quetion at hand...I dunno. I mean, yeah, It'd be cooler'n hell to know the answers to all of lifes mysteries. But, isn't that what makes life worth living? Seeking the answers to the questions that life presents us. Yes/no/yes/no/yes/no...my head could explode, just thinking about it.

I really do think that this question should be sent to Philosophy but i'll take a whack at it anyways. No i wouldn't. Whats the fun in knowing everything, life is about learning and even if there could be ghosts or UFO's or anything.

If they were all purely scientific and logical answers, then no...I wouldn't want to know.
If the answers were more mystical or what have you, then yep.

Knowing everything would be great, EVEN IF the explanations are scientific. It would be like knowing how a great book that you don't have enough time to finish ends. Futhermore, it would be like finding out what genre that book belongs to: science? religion? fiction?
Between knowing something and knowing everything, I'll choose the latter. |

A big hell no for me.
My head would probably explode if I were to find out how many conspiracies brought upon innocent people by pure malice or belligerant people. You could never trust anyone for as long as you lived... You probably wouldnt even trust your own parents anymore if you seen all of what human hands can do.

As every answer leads to more questions, there is no sufficient amount of knowledge. As ignorance is bliss, there are many things I don't want to know the answer to. And although knowledge is power, that power cannot be realized unless you have wisdom as well.
