All tests are designed with the participation and approval of the applicant. Preliminary tests are usually conducted by associates of the JREF at the site where the applicant lives. Upon success in the preliminary testing process, the "applicant" becomes a "claimant."

To date, no one has ever passed the preliminary tests.

Hehe, anybody remember that show on MTV I think it was, Fear? Where they went into haunted places and made the people fuck with the ghosts for like only 100k?

I'd have agree with the idea that it would be good to do just to get scared shitless. That always give me a big adrenaline rush.

too bad i didn't know about that million bucks in the fifth grade.......my one and only paranormal experience occured in the fifth grade, after recieving a sever ass kicking from another fifth grader. i was walking to the office and a janitor pulled me aside and reassured me that moving to a new place actually WOULD get better, everyone wouldn't always hate me, and gave me a piece of candy. saw a photo of him in the principal's office a few minutes later right before i was suspended, and asked who he was. i was told that he had been a janitor for years, but had died almost 4 years previous. i still get chillbumps when i think about it

I have the ability to read objects and have solved many mysteries doing that. How does one enter this alledged contest?
