Has anyone passed away in your house?
Does anyone live in a house where a family member or somone passed away in that house?
My father passed away in our house. He was sitting at the dinning table where he usually sits and passed away suddenly. For around 2 years, I could not sit at that part of the dinning room table. It always felt cold right there, like the air conditioning was running. Even though there was no air conditioning at the house. |
You know, I have no idea! lol Well...my mother passed away in our family home which I still own but other than that no because we built it. BUT in the other place I live in...I just have no idea.
Is there a site or something like that where you can go and check out this kind of information? |
my unclevery worded 2 bits.....
ghosts or soles of the ones that have passed on perhaps are wating cuz there is a line up for the grim reaper to take them to there destination..... cuz of war i mean thats a lot of judging "ok you raped and plunered how many houses" "26 rapes. 5000 houses plundered" "and you did this why" "out of hand lotion 26 times needed to watch tv and post of TFP" perhaps thats how death judges war crimes.... but soles could be it... |
Huh?

found out after we bought the house the lady in there before us died, from the black mold!!!!
just kidding |
I currently live in an old 1800's house where 6 people have passed away, but unfortunately, there aren't any hauntings of any sort. Probably because everyone who lived here lived to be 80-100.

MY parents office someone die in, I felt someone that I couldn't explain, not fear, just a presences, when I found out that someone die, the feeling went away.

The house my parents own had the previous owner pass away in it. Nothing spooky tho, just a real old house, with a real old grandma heh.

My father died here last September. Not creepy at all, in fact, I'm happy that he spent his final moments here where he lived instead of being pumped full of drugs in a hospital bed. We had that option, but when there is no hope for someone to survive, I feel it's more important for them to be with the people they love. I think that the only thing that would have made his premature death more upsetting to me would have been if he had been in the hospital when we knew that nothing could be done.

I dont know, never really thought about it really...
|
id never really thought about it, seeing as we are the only people to have lived in our house... but my pa died in our house... in my brothers old room... not haunted by him or anything tho... otherwise i would never have slept in that room or stayed at home by myself... im such a scardy-cat... that watches too many horror movies and reads too many scary stories...

Many states have laws that force a seller to disclose if someone has died in the house. Then again, many states do not. I suppose its there in case people are squeamish about that. Otherwise, I really dont know how one would find out that kind of info. The last house I lived in: now THERE'S a place I'd like to have that info about...seriously....

I don't believe that I've ever lived in a place where someone died in it but I have lived in places where several people have died nearby. My house was right next to a field where people frequently went flying into when they wrecked on a road nearby. I don't remember the specifics about the road(since I was maybe 10 and did not pay attention to such details) and why there were so many crashes but the end result was that several people died there. My mom, who actively believes in ghosts, was convinced that the spirits of these people had taken up residence in our home. That same house was also supposedly on or nearby an indian burial ground so my mom believed that long dead indian ghosts resided in our house as well.

yes
3 families in the past 15 years have died in my home. All from either suicide or disease. All three families had 2 kids too.
Ive lived there for 6 years.:( |
I dont really want to know if anyone died in my house. Ive been living there for 1 year and its 40 years old. I know old people lived there before the previous occupants so they may have died there. I think it would freak me out though if i new that they died in a certain room or something

My previous roommate rented a house that a mutual friend of ours and his fiance had rented before us.... an old 2 bedroom, 1 bath home.. was nice for $450 a month. The bathroom looks like something straight out of "What Lies Beneath"... anywho, the bathroom is very small.. about 6ft by 4ft. Came to find out friends' fiancee had a grand mal seizure in the bathroom and was trapped.. she couldn't get out of the room at all. I can't say I ever felt anything.. but the bathroom, even before I knew about what happened, always creeps me out.. even when I'm just visiting.

The whole idea of haunted houses is so hysterical, especially if you try to link it to someone dying inside a structure. Christ, imagine the scary movie you could make in any hospital if that were true!!!
