Too lazy to be paranoid?
I find myself dismissing my fears with "if they get me, they'll get me, there's nothing I can do about it." Is this honest, or wise, or just giving up? I'd rather get beheaded 5 minutes into the movie than run from the monster the whole way through. It's less work, and only one or two people will survive.

Depends on what your fears are, if you're walking down a dark alley and some guy is following you menacingly and you don't bother to run then that's a bit of a risk But if you're just talking about imaginery things like ghosts and goblins and people with big claws, then ignoring them is totally the way to go.

I troll around in tilted paranoia from time to time to see what is going on, and This thread is exactly how I feel also. I think I am too indifferent to get worked up about conspiracy or ghosts or whatever. If all this crap is going on and I don't know about it... so what! If I want to believe in UFO and there aren't any... so what! If the Govt. wants to get you... they will. End of story! Until they do get me.... I am not gonna worry about it...
