A boomstick works fine against zombies and deadites. Not so useful against ghosts. Might want to invest in those Ghostbuster backpack thingees.
As for reading the ghost stories late at night, I did just the same thing yesterday. And I'll probably do it again right now. Stupid me.

Haha it's a wonderful little kick ;) Remember that 'haunted painting' that was on ebay a while ago? I once found myself staring at it at some ungodly hour of the night (or morning), creeped the hell out of me.

Oh crap! You mean that little boy and girl, where one of them looked kinda like a doll? That thing was freaky as hell. But I thought, "Stupid haunted painting. Glad that thing isn't here." Then I read further where it said people had reported strange occurrences even while just viewing the picture remotely. Dammit.

I sleep when the sun is out, so I just get used to freaking myself out.

Yes, they should put a warning not to view this board before going to bed. I don't even believe in ghost but thats no excuse for my mind not to play freaky tricks on me.

It's the same thing when viewing Ghost Haunting Shows on TV when im trying to find one last show to watch while lying in bed. And I always keep telling myself:"bah....one ghost show won't hinder my sleep........."

I hear that. I've been avoiding this board lately like a plague.

Heh, I love reading/discussing aliens, ghosts and the like, but I get really freaked about it. Go figure. Guess its kind of like a thought version of a roller coaster! :)

Yea i agree, its 5am here and im readin. Normally just reading this stuff wouldnt bother me much, but last night or the night before at about this time House on Hanted Hill was on, so im still a little freaked with the spooky stuff.

Scariest scene in the movie for me btw was when the first lady died. Where that faceless guy with no eyes and the big mouth was standing out in the distance in the deep dark hallway, then ZoOoOped up in a split-second creepy insect sort of way.

Still the scariest moment I've seen in a movie to date.

That movie creeps me out but I love it anyway.
