Just in case anyone was wondering, that was by Napolean XIV, released in 1966 and hit #3 on the Billboard charts at the time. I also used it for an answer in an English homework my freshman year at college.

I post it here because it seems... necessary for this section of the TFP.

One of my favorites from my dr demento collection. They say that the original track from the vinyl could be played backwards and forwards... spooky

The backwards track was on the "B" side of the vinyl, from what I understand.
