New lesson! Took me enough time, didn't it? But now that I can upload to MyBloop, it gets a lot easier.
I love musicals. West Side Story is one of those masterworks; I was in a great cast of it in high school, and I'm sure many of you were as well. I also love punk music, preferably the non-polished kind. *cue guy carrying peanut butter and girl carrying a bar of chocolate* This work, Punk Side Story by Schlong (NSFW), was clearly a work of love. It is the ENTIRE movie version cast album (or, at least, pretty close). As you listen to the first track I selected, "Jet Song", it is clear that this group has memorized the cast recording word for word and inflection for inflection. The second track is "One Hand/One Heart", a part of the original show that has always bored me... no longer. Finally, "Quintet", the Act I finale. Anarchy in the original, and now...

That is an interesting take on West Side Story. I like it.
