I love Our Lady Peace, but in my opinion, Spiritual Machines was their peak. I'm not sure if their new stuff will captivate me like that album did (and the first three albums, to a slightly lesser extent). Nevertheless, I'll give it a shot.

I love how many Americans have no idea who OLP are, but are shocked when Canadians have never heard of such bands as The Postal Service.
I fell in love with OLP and Raine Maida when I was 13 or so, and am now 22. It's funny how my favorite artists are Canadian: Sarah McLachlan, Barenaked Ladies, Alanis Morisette, Simple Plan, Avril Lavigne and Our Lady Peace.

Their first two albums were saxxxy. I didn't like what I heard of Spiritual Machines though.

I have always been a fan of OLP too, haven't ever gotten to see them live, but I've been looking forward to the new album as well... hope it's as good as some of the older ones.

The Postal Service is amazing, but it's hard to describe their sound.....it's a little like electronia mixed with elevator music at first, but once you listen a bit, they're awesome!
If you'd like to hear of some of their stuff, I'd recommend looking up "Nothing Better", "Such Great Heights" and "Brand New Colony.

Well, the album is out, and I am thoroughly disappointed. "Healthy in Paranoid Times" is not the Our Lady Peace that I used to love. Oh well, all good things come to an end, I suppose.

I got it, I wasnt that disappointed, the first time listening to it I wasnt that impressed, but after listening to it numerous times, a began to enjoy a few songs.. I like the first one Angels Losing Sleep, and Wipe that smile of your face, number 5... But im still addicted to Where are you.. overall I dont think it was too bad, but I can see alot of old OLP fans not enjoying this
