The Unquestionable Truth (Part 1)
So, Limp Bizkit puts out a concept album and no one hears about it or cares about it.
Well, saddly enough, I do. Fred was quoted saying that the new album took over where Rage Against the Machine left off. Not even close. I don't think that anyone will ever take over what Rage started. But I will be the first to admit that it's more like Three Dolla Bill Y'all then any of the other albums. Not as much stupid singing. No love songs. None of that "I miss Britney Spears and and Angalina won't fuck me" shit. The main reason for the throw back is that Wes Borland is back. They aren't trying to grow as a band anymore. Wes is the best quitarist for Fred and Fred brings out the best in Wes. It's sad but it's true. Check it out. It's only 7 songs long so you might just wanna download it. Except the cover art is pretty cool. Either way. It's worth a listen.

I heard of the new album, gave a few songs a listen. I wouldn't go as far as saying that it is picking up where Rage left off. Rage was above and beyond what music is now. Limpbizkit, though the album is not bad, could never equal Rage.
Now past comapring Rage and Limpbizkit. To me, not one song jumps out at me. They're all at the same level of play. Nothing seems like the true single of the album or the "hit" song of the album. But I would say that the album is worth the listen to. All in all said, not bad. Its complete and well, its all that I expected out of Limp Bizkit. |

Might be worth a listen but nothing beyond that.. I didn't even know they were putting out a new album..listened to them when Three Dolla Bills came out and was disappointed that he didn't continue on with how the first record went..ah well.. Fred's voice just doesn't cut it for me anymore.. I can't really stand to hear it
