So, I've been a fan of Sealab 2021 for a while now, and Hesh has always been my favorite character. I'd heard the brief rap sessions he did in the credits of the show, but I didn't know that the guy who did the voice actually made hip-hop music. His biggest song, which you may have heard on the show is Fett's Vett, a song about Boba Fett. On adult swim recently they promoted him by giving the link to his website: www.mcchris.com, where you can d/l his music and purchase stuff. It's freaking awesome!!! So, if you're a fan of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Sealab, or Adult Swim in general, you should check this out, if you already haven't. :-) Has anybody seen him live? He's been on tour recently, and I just missed him when he came to Oregon. Is his voice really that high? It has to be augmented or something. Any extra info people have on this guy would be awesome, as his website doesn't explain much about how he makes his music.

Yeah, this guys real funny, he's done a bunch of stuff in 2021 and ATHF, sealab even went to an MC Chris concert (well, minus Murphy who was under a vending machine at the time).

Oh god... those MC Pee Pants/Sir Loin/Little Brittle episodes of ATHF had me rolling. MC Chris is hilarious. I did not know he actually did shows. I know someone who would love his live act... *runs to share the love*

I actually discovered him in early 2004, when I was randomly searching on piolet for 'white hip-hop' and came up with the song that bears that name....and the rest is history.

He actually came to town recently, [elyria, oh]. Of course, THIS happened to be the only time that I was able to visit canisius [in buffalo] that same weekend, and the elyria wasn't added until after I had scheduled my visit to canisius. At the next show in cleve, i'll definitely be there.
hmm...i've never watched aqua teen hunger force. maybe ill catch it one night..
