Adrian Belew is releasing not one, but three solo albums this year, entitled Side One thru Side Three.

Side One is due for release very shortly (25th Jan I understand) and sports none other than deity-of-rhythm Danny Carey and deity-of-omgwtf Les Claypool. Belew plays the guitar in addition to doing vocals (naturally).

I for one, am seriously seriously looking forward to it. It should be an experience.

What do you reckon?

This is one (or three) I may actually buy. I mean... Danny Carey, Les Claypool, and Adrian Belew?! Honestly, about all I know of Adrian Belew is some of his King Crimson stuff, and he can turn a regular song by someone else into a great song just by guesting on it. He played with Nine Inch Nails, Talking Heads, Tori Amos... I'd love to hear his own stuff. And doing it with Les Claypool and the drummer of Tool? Holy cow.
