It isn't fake. I saw this a couple days ago while I was looking for music to download. I also saw a band that had a pitbull on lead vocals called Caninus. I personally wouldn't waste my time with it, but evidently someone likes it.

Dude, that is such a ripoff of PainFlappers, which is a hardcore band from the 90s fronted by a penguin.

i love metal reviewers for how they write about the music.
they are hilarious, even when they are talking about a band that more probably exists. the whole "dudes, you guys are like just fucking gods, man, awesome shit how do you do it? wow" thing extended through variations on the same idea into entire interviews/articles/magazines/ways of life....its great once you figure out that you will never find out anything interesting about the music that way and look at them more as bizarre documents from an alternate possible universe. kinda makes me wish i could read norwegian so i could figure out how the black metal variant goes.

Judging by what I've heard about the Scandinavian black metal scene, it's probably pretty scary (ie who did you have for your latest cannibal feast, who's head did you bash in with a claw hammer, etc).
