How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb (Collector's Edition)
 

Does anyone here have the Collectors Edition of "How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb" ?

It looks cool to me, with the DVD and book... but for 40 bucks (can) ... Im a bit weary. The album itself rocks, but I wanna know if the book/DVD is worth the extra money.

DVD is very good....42 minutes...alot of different performances of the songs (live in studio/ acoustic)..they talk about the making of the album as well.

The book is basically noodlings of the band...

Depends on how much of a fan you are...I am a fanatic..seen them 24 times, have over 500 bootlegs, buy everything they put out, buy every magazine they are on the cover of, etc...

If you aren't a fanatic, just get the DVD/CD combo and skip the book....

Im not a fanatic... was just interested in how the whole thing was put together.

I really used to love the Pearl Jam albums Vitology, Yield and No Code, because their was actually something to the insert besides just the usual Lyrics.

I just picked up a Dream Theater and a Jet DVD... so maybe Ill get some use out of them first, then Ill see if I still want it.
