Old of version of KaZaA
 

Anyone know where i can get the older versions of KaZaA? THe newest one is ridiculously bad and slow.

You might check www.oldversion.com, but seriously...Kazaa? It's more the network is slow than the client, most people I know stopped using Kazaa 18 months ago.

Doesnt the old version of Kazaa have like a lot of spyware and other problems? Besides, how is the new version slow, wouldnt they have the same kind of sources for download?

For some reason I've never really ever had any success with soulseek despite numerous attempts. Can very rarely find what I'm looking for etc, gonna have tio give it another go.

WinMX finds anything..

I have great success with Soulseek, it's more an "underground" thing though. I have noticed that when I'm looking for a popular song, I can't find it.

If you are looking for Kazaa I wouldn't get the old version, I would get Kazaa Lite K++. That works pretty good but I could never find what I was looking for that's why I switched to soulseek.

agreed, get Kazaa lite, although I have to warn you that if you're looking for music, it's a lot harder now. They've flooded Kazaa with fake files that are the same size, so you don't end up downloading the right version.

That's true, alot of times I would end up with the song but it would get really garbled and weird noises in the middle, but that is the "ripper's" err. Good for movies too.

I second the use of winmx, i have been able to find all that i'm looking for. If thay dont have it, i'll go to I-tunes and use the 500 free downloads i leached from pepsi. (good to have a family member that does the bottles at krogers)

i used to love soulseek. lately it's been horrible at finding anything...i was thinking the RIAA got to em...maybe?
