Chronic Future - Time and Time Again -- check this out!
Check out Chronic Future's newly released video Time and Time Again. I was going to post a link... but their site doesn't allow it. Anyways, it can be found on their site at http://chronicfuture.com/.
I first heard these guys when I was in 6th grade when they had a single called "Scottsdale Brat" on somewhat heavy rotation in the Phoenix area. It wasn't a great song... but pretty impressive when you consider they were all about 13 years old. Later that year I met a few of them through a friend whose big brother was into the local Phoenix music scene. I nearly crapped my pants when I saw their new album on an end-cap at Best Buy. I though it must be another band using their name.... nope. Check it out. |

I've seen the video on I think..all the music channels(except of course country, spanish, etc.) a while back. Pretty nice little cartoon video. The rapping ain't too bad either.

I saw these guys at Edgefest here in Phoenix a few weeks ago and they kicked ass I must say. The album is great. Another song off the album I like is Stop Pretending. Good band.
Another band from Phoenix that I'd recommend would be Authority Zero. They're really popular out here, don't know if they are known anywhere else though. Oh, and one other awesome band is Pepper. I saw them at the same concert I saw Chronic Future at and they have a sound like Sublime, they're from Hawai I think. |

This cd is probably my favorite that I've bought all year.
That's saying a lot considering I've bought probably about 50 cds since January. They're like no other band around and every song is just so damn catchy. Every person I play the cd for asks who it is and then proceeds to buy it within a week.
