Thinking of getting a Taylor Big Baby
Just wondering if anyone has one and what they think?
I have played it and it seems fabulous, but its going to be my first major guitar purchase and I want to get it right :) |
can't go wrong with a taylor

Found this online:

I've only played two Taylors. I find I prefer the buttery tone of a Larrivee, but the Taylors I've played feel the greatest of all when it comes to comfort and action. There glassy tone is definitely a thing of beauty as well. Good luck with your purchase, I hope it feels as great to you as they do to me.

Cheers
Yeah they sure feel great. I'm taking the plunge this week. If I didn't buy it I would only spend the money on junk in any case :) |
I have one and though i like it i really wish i would have saved up a little more and bought something else, its not a bad guitar but there are better

plenty of good folks over there. my advice would be to save up a little more and get a 300 or 400 series taylor. the baby, 100, and 200 series are nice, but solid wood guitars are much better. if a new 300 or 400 taylor is out of you range, you can usually find a good deal on used ones. i've seen nice 300 series taylors go for $700 used. for guitar reviews stop by www.harmony-central.com too. |
Here's my two Taylors.

Ceder guitars look and smell so good. Those are beautiful.
