I've had good times with quite a few bands but one of the bands that really stood out for me was Mod Flanders Conspiracy. I was talking to their bassist online, heard a few tracks, and was asked and told to promote the show - I think the exact words were: " If you don't bring a lot of people, I'm gonna noose you". In fear of my life, I managed to bring quite a few people...after the show they stood around in the parking lot for about an hour or so just talking to me and my friends...they're just one of those bands where you can tell they appreciate your support because it's written all over their faces.

Another good time was with the lead singer from Vital Remains/ lead singer and guitarist from Deicide. Now I'll admit I was far too star struck to strike up a conversation but the guy went outside and smoked ciggarettes with the rest of the fans, walked around the venue while other bands played and carried himself without the slightest inclination of arrogance.

I haven't really had any bad times other than the time I paid to see Lamb Of God and Chimaira play (Chimaira owned but they hardly ever change their set - seeing them more than 2xs is a borefest). About 35 secs into their set Randy stage dives and no one catches him - he breaks his collar bone and is out cold...some kid filled in for him but it just wasn't the same. In true NYC fashion they heckled the shit out of that kid.

At a Hatebreed show there was violence in the club all night - hardly any moshing but lots of fighting. All of the other bands stopped playing and told the kids to cool down but the guys from Hatebreed didn't care - they just played and fueled the violence. I know with stage lighting it's hard to see all the way out into the crowd but all the other bands did it...

Some guy brabbed my g/f's ass at a Mudvayne show but that has nothing to do with the band...
