The photographer is an idiot... Regardless of how you feel about Britney any paprazzi who gets that close to a car that is about to move should watch out for his feet.

I'm no fan of Britney, but...no, I call foul on the paparazi asshole on this one. Two ambulances? Because she ran over his foot? The Fire Dept.? C'mon!! Jerk should be happy that she didn't run over his entire body....repeatedly. I, for one, wouldn't blame her, too much, if she had. These guys go way beyond anything that could remotely be called decency.

So, in this case, and in this case only, yeah...poor Britney.

I just think it's funny when she cries. She cries ALOT.

Let's find something else to bash her about, like maybe the fact that her music sucks.

Honestly, I think any photographer that gets withing 50 feet of a celebrity without express prior permission to be there, should automatically be exempt from taking any legal action if anything happens to him/her.
