Saw these guys live last night here in Calgary and was totally blown away! Weiland is a freakin amazing frontman and Slash is a god on the guitar. Pulled out some STP and G'n'R covers and put on a killer rock show.

Seriously though, I think they are a great rock band and they put on an awesome live show. They aren't really breaking any new ground musically, but I don't think anyone really expected that. Velvet Revolver, Audioslave, and Foo Fighters are basically the best rock and roll bands around right now in my opinion, not that there is an abundance of quality rock groups currently recording and/or touring.

it was good to hear the STP and G'n'R stuff too........that fuckin' Scott Weiland is a total fucking nutbar.....but,he is an hell of a showman.
