Any N.E.R.D fans ???
 

Just wondering if any of you all are fans of N.E.R.D I bought their first album "In search of.." and I was hooked on them. Their style of mixing music really amazed me and I was fasinated. I will without a doubt go pick up their new album "Fly or Die" March 23rd. Just by hearing the single "She wants to move" and all of their previous album, I think this cd will be worth buying for sure. If anyone gets a chance to hear the new album please post ur thoughts, thanks.

As a matter of fact, I have "In Search Of..." playing right now in my CD player (it just switched from "Brain" to "Provider"...two good songs in a row on the CD, heh). I really dig their album, and I plan to pick up "Fly Or Die" when it comes out. I heard "She Wants To Move" once, and I liked it, so I'm sure the rest of the CD is good too.

nerd's ok in my book, but nothing that blows me out of the water or anything. the new singles alright but annoying after too many listens. i heard a remix of it with common, mos def, de la soul, and q-tip that was a huge improvement, considering pharell doesn't do much.

N.E.R.D is definitely in my cool book. I've only heard "she wants to move" so far but I liked it a lot so I think I'll get the album

"She wants to move" is a great song. Yeah, I'm definately getting the cd.

"Her ass is a spaceship I want to ride" my favorite line from the song

that's also my boyfriend's favorite line. I wonder why? :lol:

N.E.R.D is good stuff, nothing spectacular, but a good CD to pop in when I'm on the road driving outta town. I'll probably pick up Fly or Die later today, I've got to return a few CDs and pick up Probot as well.

I've just gotten into some of N.E.R.D.'s stuff and I love it. I think Pharell is amazing

I have Fly or Die, and its different. Its not all like rappin' and lyrics. Its more singing with a good beat.

I have to say they are very unique. N E R D is different from all yer other music. I dig em. New Album is killer.

I just picked up Fly or Die, and I love it!! It's funkier than In Search Of..., and all around good!

I love In Search Of... Still listen to that quite a bit. Haven't listened to Fly or Die much yet, might have to pick that up.

I listened to Fly or Die and i like alot. There is nothing like it.

You aren't kidding there is nothing like it.. ;) That is what makes it so good imo it is a very unique album and I'm enjoy the hell out of it.. My favorite song on there is probably Wonderful Place especially the last 3 or 4 minutes on that song.

Fly or Die is gonna take me a while to get into, I love In search of... But Fly or Die is so different from that, I'm still in shock. There's really not one catchy track on there, but I think I'm trying to compare 2 completely different CD's against each other, like Pantera vs. Beethoven..

Fly or Die isn't as good as the first album but they are still talented.
