Sounds kind of like Scottish music at the beginning..

It's a jumpin song.. I like the guitars, and the non-lyrical part around 1:45'ish.

pretty good stuff yes! The non lyrical part was pretty nifty too..like that guys voice though.

I'll revisit South Normal next week since you guys seem to like them. Consider grabbing one of their CDs.

Thanks for the download. I can't listen to it at home because my speakers are broken, but I've sent it to my work computer and will give it a listen tonight. I visited their website and I love all their bios. If the music they're influenced by is any indication, I'll like them. They're also produced by a former member of Brownsville station (Smokin in the boys room)
