Happy Birthday Jimmy Page
happy birthday to this rock legend whom i deeply envy.
he turns the ripe young age of 60 today. also i forgot it was John Paul Jones birthday on the 3rd. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THESE TWO ROCK GODS (who happen to be apart of my favorite band)

What amazes me is how young these two look now considering their legendary excesses. Robert plant on the other hand looks like complete shit.
Granted that Jonesy was the only one who behaved himself for the most part with the exception of the story documented in Royal Orleans! kissin' whiskers left and right!!

I think the last person to find out it's Jimmy Pages birthday will be Jimmy Page. One of my all time favorite guitarists, and a childhood hero - he has to be the best example of a washed up musician there ever was. He has wasted nearly 25 years with only a few releases as solo, w/ Robert Plant or with The Firm. Even my favorite Page moments with the Firm still pale in comparision with his playing in the 60's & 70's.
