So, one of my all-time favorite bands has decided to call it a day.

During my college years, this was one of a handful of bands that really spoke to me and woke me up to the wonderful world of indie-rock. If anyone here is familiar with the band, then they will know of the hard go-of-it they had the last few years: between recording a record for Warner Bros, having it scraped, and then having to buy it back... to one of its long-time members young daughter being in a coma after a vehicle accident. This band was hard-working and forever touring. I feel lucky to have seen them 4 times in the past 9 years. They will be missed.
