I like some Aguilera songs too, yet I love Fear Factory, Type O Negative, Smashing Pumpkins, David Bowie... bands that are the complete opposite of her style...

A very very select few pop songs, and more country then I'd like to admit :P

And my heart truely reaches out to Rock, Metal, and Punk.

Oh well, I can still say I hate rap.

bought that some weeks back and like a good portion of it.
My music collection - between physical formats and various digital formats - includes everything from:
-Sinatra/Crosby
- Rap
-country in various forms
-ragtime from 1900 on
-shitload of jazz and swing from all eras
-contemporary christian music up to 1995
-Wham!, Spice Girls, and others in that category
-heavy metal and softer stuff
-bluegrass/gospel
- and at least a small something from most of the other genres that were not mentioned above

not ashamed of liking any of it.

There's nothing I won't admit to liking. I think that labeling music and being confined to certain genres is very stupid. Most of what I listen to is punk, and theres so many people out there that are so close-minded and won't listen to anything else. Sure, there's things I don't like, but I'm not gonna miss out on something just to be cool and be accepted in the scene.

You should not be embarassed at liking those two.

And for my own. I guess Ludacris perhaps. He's just so hilarious. And while I'm at it, whenever I'm with some of my girl friends, I have to sing along with Nsync or Britney or whatever they decide to put on. Luckily I've influenced them much more with AFI and punkish roots than they have influenced me with pop.

I absolutely love early 90s pop-rap.

MC Hammer, Naughty by Nature, DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince, Salt-N-Pepa, Sir Mix-A-Lot, Montell Jordan, Kris Kross, House of Pain, LL Cool J, Marky Mark, Snow...

The best pop music ever.

Where have you gone, early-90's style pop-rap?

I'm not afraid to admit I like any type of music. Is there some music that I think is not very good, but am still strangely drawn too? Hell Yes! But I'm not about to be ashamed of my taste in music.

I am really into the rock scene but I have to admit having, Cat Stevens; Simon & Garfunkel; Gallagher & Lyle amoungst others in my music collection. I can't say that I'm embarassed about them but if I'm honest its not really cool music to admit to, but what the hell I like what I like.
